Face-to-face appointments

Stay at home unless we ask you to attend our offices – we will contact you about your next appointment which may be over the phone. If you have any questions, please contact us. 


Please make sure your Responsible Officer has an up-to-date contact number for you.


Community Payback

We have suspended all Community Payback work until further notice. If you have Community Payback hours to complete, we will contact you when work starts again.


Accredited Programme and group work activity (RARs)

We have suspended all programmes and group work activity until further notice. We will contact you when these activities start again.



If you have any concerns or worries about probation you can contact your Responsible Officer or get in touch with User Voice. Everyone at User Voice has either been in prison or on probation themselves and use their experience to support you. Call or text 07508 163651 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)
