I joined Sodexo in November 2020 in an administrative role. During this period, I got the chance to meet and interact with different stakeholders in the business and soon realized that I was interested in operations. I went through an intensive 6-month Operations Management training course, and this is where I found my passion for the FM industry. With the Facilities Management sector being traditionally male-dominated, I was not sure how to go about furthering my career in this area. But, once I had discussed it with my manager, the support I received was fantastic and is what allowed me to follow my goal and pursue a career as an Account Manager in FM. 

Today I manage one of our large global accounts and an In house mobile team providing technical services. I continue to receive the support of my managers and my team members who provide me with the tools I need to help me succeed.
