UAE, August 2022. Sodexo|Kelvin in the UAE has achieved 30 million Safe Man-hours without LTI.

Lost Time Incidents (LTI’s) are a standard measure of a business’s safety performance and all companies strive to eliminate such incidents

The implementation of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) measures, food safety management system procedures, and the total commitment of staff at all levels allowed the company to achieve these impressive milestones over the last 6 years.

During the 2022 financial year, Sodexo|Kelvin also achieved: 

30, 436,249 hours worked without LTI and counting	Zero food-related illnesses with 20 million meals served this year	7 879 653 Km driven without recordable Motor Vehicle Accident
More than 43,000 hours invested in training and coaching	More than 27,000 Safety Interventions and safety conversations	Zero asset damage, Zero environmental incidents, & Zero community incidents
Successful third-party audits for all certified management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 41001, AND iso 22001)	More than 300 QHSE Audits & Assessments.	700 Safety inspections.
